Domaine Nicolas Brunet spans 17 hectares on the premier slopes of Vouvray. Vineyard will be fully certified organic with 2023 vintage. The vines, aged between 3 and 75 years, thrive in clay-limestone soils rich in flint, producing powerful, fruity white wines with remarkable aging potential. The estate's cellars, carved into the region's tuffeau limestone, maintain a consistent temperature of 10 to 14°C year-round, ideal for wine preservation. These caves, extending over 80 meters, house approximately 300,000 bottles.
Nicolas Brunet, a ninth-generation winemaker, cultivates the vineyard traditionally, emphasizing manual harvesting and environmentally conscious practices. Laboratory analyses of his wines have found them to be free of any pesticide residues.
