The estate covers approximately 3 hectares cultivated with sustainable farming practices and spans the Cadillac Liquoreux, Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux, and Bordeaux red, white, and rosé appellations. Perched at 115 meters on the Saint-Nicolas plateau, the parcels overlook the Garonne Valley and benefit from exceptional sunlight, offering ideal conditions for the vines. Farmed without chemical herbicides and following the lunar calendar as much as possible, the vineyards are tended with a strong preference for organic products. In the cellar, vinification techniques adapt each year to the grapes and the climate, whether in tanks or barrels, to preserve the truest expression of each vintage. Aging takes place in tanks and in French oak and acacia barrels, with careful monitoring to guide the wine’s natural evolution and stabilization—without resorting to chemical or aggressive interventions.
