Pauline Giraud and Clément Minne, the visionary duo behind Les Vignobles Gueissard, exemplify a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation in winemaking. Their journey began at the Lycée Viticole d’Orange, followed by enriching experiences in France, Australia, and New Zealand, which honed their viticultural skills. In 2010, they established their own estate, naming it after their first parcel in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer. Their commitment to sustainable practices is evident in their meticulous vineyard management, including hand-harvesting and the use of agroforestry techniques, such as planting over two hundred trees to enhance biodiversity and soil health . In the cellar, they employ precise vinification methods, like cold maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, to preserve the authenticity of each terroir . Their dedication to quality and environmental stewardship has positioned Les Vignobles Gueissard as a distinguished name in Provence's wine landscape.
