Taking the helm of the six-hectare property in Saint-Haon-le-Vieux, Lucas focuses on the meticulous management of steep, terraced vineyards and high-altitude parcels to capture the true "volcanic" essence of the Côte Roannaise. His approach is defined by a hands-on philosophy—from the precise cultivation of Gamay Saint Romain to the careful oversight of the estate’s unique nine-meter-deep underground cellar—ensuring that every bottle reflects both his personal passion and the distinctive granitic minerality of the region.
