Domaine Matignon is a family-run winery that has been passed down through three generations, serving both individuals and professionals. Committed to preserving ancestral traditions, the estate produces a variety of cuvées and offers a broad selection of meticulously harvested and traditionally vinified wines, including whites, reds, rosés, and sparkling wines. Representing the renowned appellations of the Loire Valley, Domaine Matignon produces Anjou, Anjou Villages, Cabernet d’Anjou, Rosé de Loire, Coteaux du Layon, and Saumur Fines Bulles.

Renowned in the wine industry for the quality of its production, Yves Matignon ensures meticulous attention to every stage of winemaking, from vineyard management to harvesting and vinification. The estate spans 38 hectares in the Pays de la Loire region, planted primarily with Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc, and Grolleau. As a member of the Vignerons Indépendants charter, Yves Matignon practices sustainable viticulture, prioritizing soil health through careful vineyard management. Years ago, he conducted a terroir study to deepen his understanding of the land, leading to an enhanced focus on vineyard quality. The estate’s soils, composed mainly of schist, limestone clay, and marl, contribute to wines with remarkable potential.
