Clément Poupée
Clément Poupée is an oenologist by training whose professional journey is rooted in a deep-seated passion for viticulture and the diverse expressions of the Anjou terroir. On August 1, 2025, he realized a long-held ambition by taking over the historic Domaine Matignon to establish his own label, Domaine des Poupées. His approach blends technical expertise with a creative desire to showcase "all his viticultural and winemaking desires."
