Nestled in the heart of the French Alps between Chambéry and Albertville, Domaine Fabien Trosset is a proud representative of Savoie’s winemaking excellence. Since 2011, Fabien Trosset—born into a long line of vignerons—has continued his family's legacy, cultivating the region’s emblematic grape varieties with care and precision. The estate spans 24 hectares of south-facing slopes, with diverse soils: red clay in Arbin, ideal for Mondeuse, and limestone in Montmélian. Mondeuse Noire, the estate’s signature grape, is crafted into refined red wines under the AOP Vins de Savoie Mondeuse Cru Arbin. The white varietals—Jacquère, Altesse, Roussanne, Mondeuse Blanche, and Petite Arvine—produce expressive, terroir-driven wines, while a delicate rosé from Mondeuse Grise and a festive Crémant de Savoie round out the range. Committed to environmental stewardship, the domaine is in its third year of organic conversion for its red wines.
