Maxime & Thierry Mann
After several years in the field of IT consulting in Lyon, Thierry Mann decided to return to the family’s organic winery in Alsace, taking on the role of business development manager for both the French and international markets. His experience in the corporate world now serves as a valuable asset in expanding the winery’s presence beyond its regional roots.
Maxime Mann, after gaining extensive experience across the world, also chose to return to his origins by joining the family estate. Although his background was more focused on cellar work, he felt a strong desire to go back to the source of winemaking—the vineyards. Before his departure to Chile, the family had already decided to convert to organic farming, and upon his return, he found himself in the midst of this transformative shift. Reintegrating into vineyard work required him to relearn the craft, from understanding the seasonal cycles of the vines to mastering tractor work and fully immersing himself in the rhythm of nature.
